Group Rental - Guaranteed Room Blocks

Are you looking to block rooms for a group event or rent our Westbrook Inn? 

Westbrook Inn happily offers guaranteed room blocks for special events in the area. 

How it works: The host/coordinator will lock in a price for rooms through a contract. The host is responsible for unbooked or canceled rooms, and the full block must be paid for 30 days before the event. A credit card must be provided at booking with pre-authorization to pay in full.

Room Block Release: We will agree with the host on a date to release any unbooked rooms. If we are able to re-book open or canceled rooms, we will credit the host within 5 days of the event. 

Our Guest Rooms:

10 guest rooms available in total:

• 3 king bedrooms
• 7 queen bedrooms 
• 2 dog-friendly rooms
• 2 guest room options for families – inquire about children 

Policies on Groups:

Even if you book all rooms at the Inn and are an exclusive guest, the Inn maintains normal operation with staff on the property, breakfast served, and full amenities offered. All Inn policies apply, including quiet time, use of common rooms, personal property, parking, and non-registered guest. 

Quiet time is 10 pm to 7 am. Per town ordinance, no music or loud conversation outside after 10 pm. Personal property should not be left in common rooms. The kitchen is commercial, and our business license does not allow guest use. Parking is for registered guests only without prior approval. Only registered guests are allowed on the property after 10 pm. 

Alcohol must be stored in quest rooms. We reserve the right to limit consumption in the event of disorderly conduct. Any guest who is unruly or not complying with policies will be asked to leave the premises. 

The host is responsible for guest behavior and any damage caused to property by their guests. A security guard may be required.
